No Religion!

No Religion!

I never could stand when people asked, me what my religion is.  They never accept the answer that I give them.  I have no religion.  Just because I do not practice any religion doesn’t mean that I am not a spiritual person.   The opposite is true I am a very spiritual person.

The next question people ask is if I believe in God.  I believe in a creator if you choose to call the creator God that is fine.  I believe it is all much more complicated than most people want to think.  We are all connected, not only to one another but also to the planet Earth.  Most people choose to ignore these connections.  I do not.

I believe that every living thing is here for a reason.  We all have a purpose for being here on Earth.  I also feel that there is no such thing as a change meeting.  Every person that comes into our lives does so for a reason.

Studying Religions with No Religion

Over my lifetime, I have studied many different religions; I  have always been searching for the truth and the meaning of life, like so many others. I think there is truth in every religion you just have to find it.  Most religions do have something in common with each other.  The belief in reincarnation is in most religions.  Yes, I strongly believe in reincarnation.  Even the belief in Angels and other spirits is wide spreads in most religious circles.

No Religion but Spiritual

Every time I am asked, what is your religion, I will always be misunderstood.  I have no religion nor am I seeking one.  I am a very spiritual person.  I meditate every day.  I give thanks for all that I have and all that I have learned.  Yes, I practice Reiki and Magic daily.  But, so do most of you and you don’t even know it.  Every time you wish someone to have a great day, you are practicing magic.  But, I will go into that on another day.

Thanks for reading.

Blessed be,

Writing: Review, New Goals, and Planning

Writing:  Review, New Goals, and Planning

The New Year offers many new beginnings.  New Years is a time to look back at the past year and enjoy what you have done and plan for the new year to come.  This year got off to a bad start for me.  Midway through someone ended up taking over my Google account.  I had to start my blogs all over again.  Learn from my mistake change your passwords often.

I went back and forth with whether or not I was even going to start my blogs back up again.  I wasn't sure if that was what I wanted to do.  As you can see, though, I am still blogging.  I still go back and forth with the idea of-of this is something that I will be able to make money doing.

I am rather happy with where I am at with my blogging.  I have decided, that I will continue blogging but only when I can.  I have a lot planned for next year.  I have finally found an affiliate I think will work for my one blog.  I am still working on the others.

My Writing Plan for Next Year

I have big plans for my writing next year.  I have four blogs, and I write on a few different writing site.  I also have three novels in the works.  While I have always just written when I wanted to or was able to, I want to have a better plan for my blogs.  I want my readers to have somewhat of an idea when they can read new content on my blogs.  I have never been consistent with my post on any of my blogs.  So, being more consistent with my writing is one of my big goal for next year.

My dream has always been to be a novelist.  Ever since I can remember that is all I ever wanted to was write books.  Last year I but blogging first in hopes that I would be making some money at it by now.  I have run into some bumps in the road and had to start all over again.

While, I do plan on continuing to blog, I also plan on working on my novels.  I want to make them my number one writing priority.  Now, whether this is going to happen or not I don't know.  I do enjoy blogging very much.  I have thought about making up a time plan for my writing.  I still have not made one as of yet.

There is a lot of promoting not only your blog but other writer's blogs,  that goes onto blogging, and this can be very time-consuming.  I spend most of my time promoting not only my work but the work of my fellow writers.

I am going to have to figure out a way to balance everything in my writing life.  The work that I need to do for my novel is very import to me.  I want to work on them more next year than I have this year.  I am still trying to figure out a good plan for all of my writing.

For all you bloggers out there do you have a writing plan or blogging plan?  What is your plan?  Is your plan working out for you?  I could use some ideas on how to balances my time in this area. Thank-you in advance.

Introduction to the Death Process

Introduction to the Death Process

I did my Thesis on death and the death process. While, I can not find my copy of my Thesis, on any of my backup discs. I did come across a rough draft of the introduction to my Thesis. I thought l would share it with all of you. Keep in mind this was one of the rough of drafts.

Do You Believe?

Do you believe in the human soul? Do you believe in life after death? Do you believe in Heaven and Hell? Do you believe in reincarnation? Are you afraid of dying? You are not alone many people share these fears about death and what happens during the process? Your fears may come from not understanding the death process. If you have some understanding of what happens during the death process, you will not fear your own death as much.

Ever since the beginning of time, man has wondered about his own mortality.  Some people long for death while others fear it. People often fear what they do not understand. There are millions of people out there that fear their own death because they have no knowledge or understanding of the death process itself. Knowledge is power. The only thing that will help these people, with their fear of death, is to have a better understanding of the death process. They need to have some understanding of what their bodies and souls go through, during the death process.

Questions About the Death Process

There are many questions about the process that need to be answered. Are people really afraid of the death process itself or is there something else that they fear? Do people become more consciously aware of the universe during death the process? What really happens to the soul during the death process? Do humans have souls or not? If, there is such a thing as the human souls, does it reincarnate? Is there a Heaven and Hell? If, there are a Heaven and Hell what are they like and what goes on there?

Evidence of the Human Soul

There is absolute evidence of the physical, emotional, and spiritual changes that a person goes through preparing for death whether it’s in the hospital or at home. According to Kathleen Moneymaker’s article in the Journal of Palliative Medicine, Volume 8, Number 5, 2005 Understanding the Dying Process: Transitions during Final Days to Hours. Kathleen Moneymaker, R.N., C.H.P.N. writes, “Death, like birth, is a rite of passage that each one of us experiences. For some, death is a sudden catastrophic event, for most it is a “process,” allowing time for preparation. As the dying and their loved ones attempt to “deal” with death, it is not unusual to experience a variety of
emotions that both help and hinder one’s ability to cope.”

Theories About the Death Process

There are many books and articles out there written on the death process. Different cultures do believe differently on this subject. I once was told there is truth in all religions you just have to look for it. I took this to mean, the similarities were the truth. If you do some research, you will find that there are some aspects of the death process that are similar in all cultures and religions. The more information that is out there, the better informed a person can be, which help alleviate the fears many people have about the own mortality.

There are people out there who believe, when we die that is it, we are gone. There is nothing left. They do not believe anyone or anything has a soul. There is no life after death there is only nothingness. Usually, these are young souls, who have only been incarnated a few times. Metaphysical studies are the best way for the average person to discover the truth behind the whole death process. It is one of the very few teachings that challenge it's students to find the truth for themselves. For this reason, the average person, who often has a misunderstanding of metaphysical teachings, can gain the knowledge they need to have a better understanding of these teachings. Metaphysical teachings will eventually give them a better understanding of the death process and what happens to the body, soul, and conscious, during the process.

In metaphysics, we are taught that the death process starts with the conscious going inward, and the person who is dying becoming more aware of the universal connections. A person’s emotional state and the things they did throughout their lives affect what plane they will end up on, in the afterlife. Some people perceived these different planes as different levels of Heaven and Hell. You can heighten the level of the plane you end up on through positive actions throughout your lifetime.

The soul goes through a cleansing and learning process, or review of the happenings of the life it just lived. The soul learns what things it should have done differently in the previous life. The soul goes through this until it has a full understanding of the things it should have done differently, and the soul is ready to reincarnate. Most souls are unaware of this on a conscious level. It is thought that very old souls can break the reincarnation cycle.

I have encountered many people in my lifetime, who have a vast amount of fears about dying and the death process. Their fears are because they had/have no real understanding of the process itself. That is why I chose this subject. I wish to help my loved ones have a better understanding of the death process. Therefore, helping them alleviate their fears about death. In this essay, I advocate that there is nothing to fear about the death process. That,  people just need to have a better understanding of it. It is people's lack of knowledge about this subject; that is the cause of their fears.

My Grandfather Helped Me Find My Life Purpose

My Grandfather Helped Me Find My Life Purpose

My grandfather once said to me there is truth in all religions you just have to find it.  Little did he know that this would be part of my life purpose.  I have studied many different religions over my lifetime.  I took what my grandfather said, to mean that the similarities in religions were the truths that I was seeking.

My grandfather was a very wise man.  He rarely talked to anyone, but he was always paying attention to everything that was going on.  He only spoke when there was a reason for him to speak.

My Relationship With My Grandfather

I had a very deep relationship with my grandfather.  I thought he was the only person in my family who understood me.  My grandfather was a very deep man.  I often wonder, if his family know just how deep he was because he rarely talks to any of them.

The funny thing is that when I was with my grandfather, we were always talking even if we were not speaking words.  There was just a very strong connection with the two of us.  Some of my family members were jealous of this relationship.  You see my grandfather talked to me more than anyone else.

My grandfather was the first fan of my writing.  He would read everything that I wrote.  He was also my first editor.  My grandfather helped me to discover my life purpose although he may not have known it at the time.

What I learned from Participating in National Novel Month!

What I learned from Participating in National Novel Month!

This was the first year I participated in  Nation Novel Month.  I had a lot of fun and enjoyed every moment if it.  I learned many different things about writing and myself by participating in  Nation Novel Month.

Preparation is Import!

I did not prepare at all for Nation Novel Month.  I am the type of person that just goes with the flow.  I was asked to participate in  Nation Novel Month by my niece.  I didn't do any prep for it at all.  Next year I will have at least notes prepared if I don't have some outline.

Do Not Try to Write a Book that Needs Research!

The book I decided to work on needed a lot of research to be written.  I have learned that if you are participating in  Nation Novel Month, this is not going to work.  A book that requires a lot of research is not a good idea to use while participating in  Nation Novel Month.

I surprised myself by participating in  Nation Novel Month.  I did not think that I could write 50,000 words in one month.  But, I did write the 50,000 words.  I learned that if I put my mind to it, I could do it.

Need to Fallow a Dream!

The most import thing I learned from participating in  Nation Novel Month is that somewhere along the way I stopped following my real dream.  For the past ten years, I have been blogging.  While I enjoy blogging very much, my real dream got lost.

I am a writer and I will always be.  Writing is in my soul, and there is no getting away from that.  But while participating in  Nation Novel Month, I discovered that my real dream is and has always been to write novels.

In the past ten years, I have had many different ideas for novels.  Some of which I had started but I never did much with any of them.  I have over the past ten years went back and forth with whether or not to count writing online or not.  I still have not deiced, if I am going to totally stop blogging, or not.

What I do know!

I know that in the past ten years of blogging and writing online, I have not made that much money.  I have not made enough money to live off in those ten years of working online.  I  have also learned that I am not a sells person.  I was never good at sales.  I refuse to talk someone into something that they do not want.  Therefore, I am not good at affiliate marketing.

The Real Dream!

The real dream from me ever since I was a child has been to be a novelist.  I have learned a lot from writing online, and I am grateful for all that I have learned.   I believe in my heart that I am ready for the next step.  That next step in my real dream.  It's time to look over all of my notes and start working on a novel.  That is my plan for 2017.  I plan on putting way much more time into writing a novel than into blogging.  So, if you don't see me around much you know, why.  In 2017 I plan on truly following my childhood dream.

First Year Participating in National Novel Month

What is National Novel Month?

This year was the first time I participated in National Novel Month.  For those of you who do not know what is National Novel Month, it is a writing challenge.   Writers challenge themselves to write 50,000 words in the month of November.  My niece, Jennifer had done this in previous years, and she wanted someone to do it with her, so I agree to do it.

Up to the Challenge of National Novel Month!

Although I write a lot,  I write articles for a living; I was not sure if I was up to the challenge of National Novel Month.  50, 000 words in one month is not easy.  One of the biggest challenges was coming up with a book that I was going to write.  At the time I had many ideas for novels rolling around in my head.

I am happy to say that I surprised myself during the National Novel Month in many different ways. Yes, I actually did finish the 50, 000 words.  I learned a lot about myself doing this challenge, but that is for another article.  Yes, I will be doing National Novel Month Challenge next year.

What is a Past Life Reading?

What is a Past Life Reading?

A Past Life Reading is when a person, who has a spiritual gift, reviews your past lives and gives you all the information that comes to them, usually in visions. Past life readings are done one lifetime at a time.  The lifetime that comes through is not picked by you or the person doing the reading for you.  The lifetime that comes through is the one that you are ready to hear about so that it can help you the most.

The Past live in the session are relevant to your current life and help you make sense of present time experiences and beliefs.  They help guide you and get through certain problems or blockages that you are currently going through in this lifetime.  Or they help you to have a better understanding of yourself.

During a past life session, we use past lives to help us heal, grow, clear some of our Karmic debt,  transform and to help you get clearer about your current life path.

10 Benefits of a Past Life Reading

1.  Can help you to better understand difficult or draining relationships

5. a past life reading will help you to gain a new perspective on your challenges

6. A past life reading may help you to clear unresolved emotional issues

7. Shift self-limiting beliefs and stuck concepts.  We often get in out own way.  Because of fears and doubts. We tend to not follow our dreams.  A past life reading can help to remove these fears and doubts.

8. Past life readings can help release old patterns and rebalance your energy.

9. Past life reading often validates that you are an eternal spirit for the person having the readings done.

10. Past life readings help you to discover why you are attracted to certain places and historical times.

Past life reading will stimulate your spiritual growth and have a positive impact on your present life. Occasionally you may find out you were a well-known personality or be able to identify a past life by researching the information provided.

Writing Through the Soul

Writing Through the Soul

Anyone who writes will tell you that when they write, it comes from the soul.  I have been writing all my life.   I started out when I was very young writing poetry and short stories.  My grandfather loved everything that I wrote.  It brought such great joy to me to see the smile on his face.  My grandfather and I would spend hours together reading the stuff that I wrote as a child.

Sharing My Soulful Writing

It wasn't until about ten years ago that I started to share my writing with an audience.  I started writing online at a website called Helium.  At first, I only shared my poetry.  Over time I learned how to write articles.  I realized that I might have found a way to make money writing at last.

When I first started writing online, there were many writing sites out there, and you could make a good amount of money writing and sharing your work.  My son was very young at the time,  so I only did it part-time at first.  I learned the in and out of writing online.

I was doing very well as a ghost writer.  At first, I was very happy that I was just making some money with my writing.  I did a lot of ghostwriting over the years. But, in time I was no longer happy ghostwriting.  I wanted my name on my work.

It took me some time to discover my niche and what I wanted to do with my online writing.  I write a lot about anything spiritual, my dog Leelee,  writing and I do reviews.  I am not making anywhere near as much as I did before but, I am very happy with what I am doing.

Writing Through the Soul, Blogging My Dreams

I have always dreamed of being a writer.  About a year ago I discovered the world of blogging.  I have learned a lot, and I do admit I still have a lot to learn.  I am blogging my dreams and writing every day.  I always write through the soul.  Although I still have a lot of work to do before, I am even making money with my blogs  I love what I do, and I am very happy.

Remember,  follow your dreams and never give up.  Only you can make your dreams come true.  Remember it takes a lot of hard work and time to make your dreams come true.

What is Meant By Spiritual Mystic?

What Spiritual Mystic Means to Me!

I am a very spiritual person.  I have been spiritual my whole life.  Over my lifetime I have studied many different things.  Much of what I have studied can be considered spiritual.

I have studied many different religions.  I was born and raised Christian, and I still hold many of these believes to this day. I have studied and practiced Shamanism.  Shamanism was mostly taught to me by my grandfather and father. My great-grandmother was Wiccan or what some people may call a natural healing witch.

Later in my life, I have studied Buddism and Mysticism. I have also studied Angels, guides, and guardians; long with herbs, stones, and ruins.  When I was twenty, I started studying many different forms of Reiki and dreams.

You may be asking yourself, why would I tell you all of the spiritual stuff that I have studied?  The answer is to understand what I mean when I say Spiritual Mystic.

To me, a Spiritual Mystic is someone who seeks the truth in a spiritual nature.   A Spiritual Mystic seeks the truth about the spirit and soul.  A Spiritual Mystic not only studied this world but others.  Being a Spiritual Mystic is a life-long journey of study and understanding.

So what is it that I am searching for the truth about?  The answer is  I am searching for answers about the spirit worlds, life and death, the death process, and what it is all about.  All of this is a neverending journey.  But, it is my journey and over the years many people have asked me about it. That is why I have started this blog, to share my spiritual journey, in hopes that by sharing my journey with you, it will help you in yours.
