Do You Keep Track of the Money You Make Online?

Do You Keep Track of the Money You Make Online?

Do you track the money you make online?  I usually, do not keep track of everything that I do online.  I realize that most people do not do what I do online.  I am trying to make a living with all of my online activities.  I do a lot od different things online to make money. None of them at the moment are making me enough money to live off of, yet.

I have decided to keep track of everything that I do online to see if what I am doing is worth all the time and effort that I put into it.  I will be tracking everything starting on May 1st, and I will track everything for the month of May.  Sometime in June, I will let you know the result of everything.

Tracking all that I do Online to Make  Money

I do quite a lot online to make money.  Some of this I have just started doing and other things I have been doing for some time.  I just began to do online surveys again.  I stopped doing them some time back for many reasons.  The reasons I ceased to do online surveys were because they were time-consuming and many of them I did not qualify for so it turns out that they were not worth doing.

I have started doing surveys again because of the many new study sites most of the ones that I do work on a points system.  So, even if you do not qualify for a survey, you get points for file out the qualifying part.  Points that at some point you can redeem for prizes or cash.

I belong to many product review sites.  Now, you are not going to make much money doing product reviews.  Most sites just give you free products for your review.  However, I enjoy trying new things, and writing reviews is new for me.  I have not been doing this for that long but, it is something that I enjoy doing.  You can get some nice products to try if you are willing to write a review about the products.

There was a time when I used Ebay all of the time.  I would sell all types of things on Ebay.  I stopped selling stuff on Ebay because shipping got too costly and people started saying they did not receive the items when I used a tracking number and know they did get the items.  I was losing money at one point.  However, some people do make good money selling things on Ebay.  Moreover, there are many other sites where you can sell items.

I do much writing.  Writing is where I make most of my money online,  I belong to several different writing sites plus having my blogs.  Over the past few years, writing online has lost a lot of it money making sites.  However, there are still a few out there.  Ghostwriting is a good way make money online.  The competition for this is high, and assignments are sometimes hard to get.

Another way most people make money online is affiliate marketing.  I have not gotten deeply into affiliate marketing as of yet.  I have done a few things but have not made any money.

I will be keeping track of everything that I do in the month of May.  I will share with you all that I do.  How much time I spend doing each thing and if, I made any money doing it.

Work From Home Research

Work From Home Research

I am determined to find a way to make a living from home.  I do not a have a choice in the matter.  I take care of a disabled adult child, and there is no way I would ever be able to work outside of my home.  To find a way to make money from home, one must do a lot of research.

New opportunities are popping up all of the time.  With every real way to make money from home, there are thousands of scams to make money from home.  If you want to make a living from home, you have to do research, but you also have to be careful you don't fall for a scam.

 Little Time to Do Research

I take a little time every day to do some research on new work from home opportunities.  This way if there is something good that comes up you will know about it.  Looking a for an hour or two day helps break up the stress of looking for a work from home job.

Just because you are searching for a work from job,  does not mean you don't have the same problems as someone who is looking for work outside of the house.  There is still a lot of work involved in looking for a work from home job.  Although there are more and more work from home jobs than there was years ago, remember you are still looking for work. You need to have a resume.  Most places will not even think about hiring you without one.

Cut Back on Work From Home Job Research by Joining Groups

You can cut back on a lot of the work from home job research that you have to do by joining job groups.  When people find places that are hiring they will post them to the groups.  If people find a way to make money from home that is working for them, they will post the information to the groups.

You should still do your research about the company or money making opportunities.  But work from home groups are an excellent way to cut back on the research that you have to do.

I have been looking for real work from home jobs for years now.  While I have found some places that do hire people to work from home.  Most places only hire for part-time workers.  Remember do always do your research when looking for work from home opportunities because there are a lot of scams out there.  Never paid a company to work for them.  Good luck searching for a work from home job that works for you.

Writing From the Soul

When writing from the soul, you are opening yourself up to the world and your audience.  You are showing the world your true self, who and what you are.  You will come across people who understand you on a very deep level.  And, you will come across people who just don't understand and don't want to. These types of people may even criticize you because of their lack of understanding.

In my many years of writing, I have come across all types of people.  I write to try and give people a better understanding of my spiritual side.  Sometimes I may or may not explain it all as good as I wish.  But, I always try to do my best to give an inside look to a side of me that most people in my life do not understand.

I write from the soul to share the spiritual side of me.  To help people understand of that, I am.  I grew up with a family who although tried never could fully understand and accept me for who I am.   Over time I learned that I had to hide that side of myself from the world. And, that was what I did.

It was not until I was much older that I learned, I was not alone, and many other people had gone through similar situations.  It was not until some of my close friends started asking me about my passed and my special gift and understand of Universal love that I honestly started wanting to share that side of me.

I have a very complicated background, and I have had the privilege of studying many different subjects with many amazing masters.  It is only because of the encouragement of a real friend that I have decided to share this side of me with the world.  I will be sharing some of it here on this blog.  At this point, I am in the process of working on a novel that will reveal much more about my struggle as a child to learn about and understand the spiritual gifts.

Further and Further Away From the Real Reasons for Writing

Further and Further Away From the Real Reasons for Writing

I feel like I am getting further and further away from my real reasons for writing.  I am a very spiritual person.  I started this blog because I wanted to share my spiritual wisdom.

I have many beautiful spirituals gifs. Gifts that I had as a child and wish I would have developed more over the years. I wanted to let people know all the things that I had gone through in my life.

Surrounded By Negativity had Pulled Me Away  From the Real Reasons for Writing

We live in a negative world.  A would full of greed and people only looking out for themselves.  I am not saying everyone in the world is like this.  I am just saying a very spiritual person has to be careful not to let the negative energies of their surroundings get to them.

Sadly, for me, this is the place that I find myself in at the moment.  But, the realization of this is a good thing.  I realize what is going on and I want to change it.  I know that I am the only one who can change it.

I know,  what I have to and how to do it.  I have to reconnect to Spirit, reconnect to Earth and the Universal Oneness. Reconnect to Earth, and the Universal Oneness is most important to someone like me.  I do not feel whole without my spiritual side, and I have lost it somewhere in the harshness of this world.

I have been stressed out over things that are Earthly wants and needs.  The weight of the world had rested on my shoulders for way too long.  I am a spiritual being.  My soul is calling me, and I must answer that calling.  I must reconnect to my higher-self and being the true being that I am.

What Does this All Mean for Me and My Writing?

What all of this means for me and my writing? It means change and seeing things the way they are meant to be seen.  It means looking deeply at myself and my life.  I need to make changes in my life, changes that will return me to my higher-self and reconnect me to the oneness.

Where my writing is concerned, writing about my spirituality is my calling.  Writing about the spiritual side of my life is what I was put on Earth for, it is my calling.  I am here to help heal the Earth.  Somewhere, somehow I got away from all of that.  I got caught up in things that I wish I had not.  But, to error is human.  To notice where the errors are and fix them is wisdom and inner-strength.

Blogging isn't Writing Through the Soul

Blogging isn't Writing Through the Soul, For Me

Writing is in my soul.  It is that way for most people who write.  But, there a time when we must all look at what we want to do with our writing. I want to share my knowledge and wisdom with the world.  That is why I started this blog in the first place.  Somewhere along the way I got my hopes up and thought that I was going to be able to make a living blogging.

I know that I will most likely never be able to make a living blogging.  That does mean that I am going to stop.  It just means that I am looking at writing in a different light.

Only a very small amount of blogger actually make a living off of their blogs.  Those people are usually great at marketing.  Marketing is not my strength.  Ask anyone who knows me and they will tell you My strengths are story telling and being a caregiver.  Besides it actually, costs money to keep a blog going.

Novel Writing is Writing Through the Soul, For Me

I will never stop writing.  I love it way too much.  Back in November, I did The National Novel Challenge.  Where I wrote the rough draft of a novel in 30 days.  I am also working on a few other novels as well.  I have decided, to put more time into them.

I will continue to blog as I belong to many free products for reviews sites.  But, I really need to start looking at things differently.  After al, I am forty-two years.  It's time to follow my true dream or totally give up on it all together.  I know that is  never going to happen.

Thanks for reading,   I will still be posting so come back soon to read about my thoughts as to where I am going to go with my writing.

Are You Writing for the Wrong Reasons?

Are You Writing for the Wrong Reasons?

Are you writing for all the wrong reasons?  Are you happy with your writing? Are you writing because you want to make a living writing?  Are you writing about the things you love?

Writing Only for the Money
Writing What You Know Nothing About or Have No Interest
Does Writing  Make You Happy?

Writing Only for the Money

Are you writing only for the money? All writers dream of making a living with their writing. However, if you are only writing because you think there is much money in it, you are wrong. You need to rethink what you are doing!  If you are only writing for the money, your readers will pick up on it.

When you are writing just for the money, there is no real emotion in what you are writing.  People like to feel the emotional side of the authors that they are reading.  Putting emotions into your writing helps you and you readers connect.  Writing with passion is something that just comes naturally; it is not something you can learn.

Do You Write About Subjects You know Nothing About or Have No Interest?

Are you writing about subjects you know nothing about or have no interest?  If you are only writing about the most popular subjects and you have no interest in them or don't know about them, this will come a crossed to your readers.

One of the first rules of writing is to write what you know.  Write about the things that you are passionate about and share your knowledge. Your love and passion will come through in your writing.

Does Writing  Make You Happy?

Are you satisfied with your writing?  Are you writing about subjects that you love or find interesting?  Is there a reason behind your writing?

Most people who are writing love writing. They have a love and passion for what they are writing.  They have strong feelings about a subject, and it comes through in their writing.

Some people write as a form a therapy.  There are real emotions in their writing.  Sometimes their writing helps them get through problems that they are dealing with in their lives.  These people want to share what they are going through to help others.

Are you writing for all the wrong reasons or are your writing for the right reasons? Is there a reason your writing about the subjects you do? Do you enjoy writing or use writing as therapy?

To Write Or Not to Write, That is the Question!

To Write Or Not to Write, That is the Question!

To write or not to write, that is the question I have been asking myself for the past ten years.  I started out writing articles for clients.  All I was doing was writing for clients.  I was making good money, but I was miserable.  I had my ideas about what I wanted to write about; I wasn't thinking about how many people would read what I wanted to write.  I just wanted to go back to being happy writing for myself.

I did keep a lot of my clients, and I started writing on writing sites,  At first, all I was posting was my poetry.  I was learning a great deal from other writers.  Things that I still use till this day.

I got ripped off by one too many of my clients, and I stopped writing for people I had not already worked with and trusted.  They knew my style and liked it, and I knew what they wanted from me.  I stopped writing for most clients and was writing for myself.

I was writing about things that interested me.  I was sharing my articles on social media, but I had not discovered groups yet.  I was happy with what I was writing about, but as many sites started to close down, I was no longer making money from my writing.

After the Writing Sites Closed Down, to Write or not to Write

After many of the writing sites had closed down one by one, I began to think if I should continue to write online or not.  An excellent friend of mine told me about blogging.  I started doing research about blogging.  I even took a few courses on blogging and Marketing.

I started blogging.  I was still writing about things I was interested in, and I was starting to build a good following.  After a year someone ended stealing my account, and there was nothing I could do but delete the account.  I was back to thinking do I want to start this all over again.

It took me a few months to decide if I wanted to start all over again with new blogs.  But once again I had learned so much over that time.  I knew that if I started all over again, I would do better because of all the knowledge that I had gained.

Yes, I did start all new blogs, and I am happy with them and how they are doing.  I often go through periods of time when I think should I write or not.  Something always pulls me back into writing.

Once again I am back to writing about what I want to write.  I am not worried about how many views I get or who is reading my blogs.  I am writing for me again.  I am happiest when I write this way.  I may not be making money writing but, I am satisfied with what I am writing.

I may go back to all the promoting and SEO writing someday.  For right now, I am just writing my way.  I am once again writing what makes me happy and for now, that is alright.

Work From Home Full Circle

Work From Home Full Circle

My work from home search has come full circle.  When I first started doing stuff to make money online, I started with doing surveys.  I soon discovered online writing sites.  I quickly moved away from doing surveys. Lately, with there not being many writing sites that pay their writers, I am back to doing surveys.  I have come full circle in my search to make money from home.

Work From Home Servey Sites Have Changed

Ten years ago when I was doing surveys to make a little extra money, the surveys were long, and you were lucky if you got a few cents for doing them. Now, there are hundreds of different survey sites.  From some sites, you can make a good amount of money.

I am not going to name any survey sites in this article.  I will leave that for another.  I am not big on doing surveys for money but, I have come a crossed some that are worth doing.  I am still checking out a few survey sites.  I need to give them some time before I recommend them.

My Work From Home Search has Come Full Circle

My work from home search has come full circle.  When I first started looking for a work from home job I did surveys to make a few extra dollars.  After awhile I started writing and was making a lot more money writing than I ever could doing surveys. Now, I am back to do surveys because I am not making much money writing.  I have come full circle.

5 Things I Wish I Knew Before I Became a Blogger

5 Things I Wish I Knew Before I Became a Blogger

1. Bloggers Have to Use Social Media
2. Bloggers Need to Join Blogging Groups
3. Bloggers Need to Find a Brand That Works
4. Bloggers Have to Know Affiliate Marketing
5. Most Blogger Never Make Money

Bloggers Have to Use Social Media

Believe it or not, when I first started blogging, I did not want to join any social media sites. It took a lot for me to join.  The first site I joined was Facebook.  After some time I did get into the social media sites.  I do have accounts for the major ones.

After, I few months of blogging, I realized that you should have a personal account and an account for your blogging.  It was recommended to me by a long time blogger friend of mine.  It is just a good idea to keep your personal and business apart.  Yes, you have to look at blogging as a business, even if you are not making money blogging.

Bloggers Need to Join Blogging Groups

Bloggers need to join blogging groups.  There are many reasons why as a blogger you should join blogging groups.  The number one reason is that by joining blogging groups, you will learn so much.  You will make many new friends. Many of these bloggers will follow your blogs, and you will follow theirs.

Bloggers Need to Find a Brand That Works

It took me many tries to get my blogs right.  I have started over many times.  I have also blogged under different names.  Everything came together when I started using the name Lady Nightwave Brenda Marie. Lady Nightwave Brenda Marie is the name I use on all my blogs.  You have to find a brand that is going to work for you.

Bloggers Have to Know Affiliate Marketing

If you are hoping to make money with your blogs, you have to know affiliate marketing.  For me,  affiliate marketing is the hardest part of blogging.  I am not one to push people into buying something that they do not wish to buy.

The most efficient way to make money with your blogs is affiliate marketing.  There are many books and classes that you can use to help you understand affiliate marketing.  Affiliate marketing is still a work in progress for me.

Most Bloggers Never Make Money

The sad truth about blogging is that most bloggers never make any money blogging!  So, why do people keep blogging, if they know there is little to no money in it?  Many bloggers enjoy writing and sharing what they write with friends.  They are happy if they make a little money from their blogs.

Why do I keep blogging when I know there is little to no money in it?  Well, I have thought about quitting blogging many times. Yes, I have started over many times.  So, why do I continue to blog?  The answer is simple; I love to write.  Writing is a part of my soul.  I love to share my wisdom with others.  I will continue to blog on and off for the rest of my life.

I have learned many things since I first started blogging.  If, I knew then what I know now, would I have even started blogging in the first place? The answer is yes.  The reason is that my dream is to make a living writing and I will never give up on that dream.

Do I think it is possible to make a living blogging? Well, anything is possible.  These days it is tough to make a living blogging, but many still try.  I blog because writing is a part of my soul.  Enjoy the knowledge that is shared.

Silly Dogs Brighten Up the Day

Silly Dogs Brighten Up the Day

silly dogs brighten up the day

If you are a dog owner, you know dogs understand you.  Dogs somehow can sense when their humans are having a bad day.  Dogs will do anything to put a smile on their humans' faces.  Silly dogs will brighten up the day.

My Two Silly Dogs Like to Play

I have two dogs; Bella and Fred, they are dachshunds.  They are both silly dogs. Even though I have not had them for a long time, they both seem to know when something is bothering me.  Fred will roll around on the floor until I rub his belly or he will stand up on his hind legs.  Bella will want to play.

My dogs have very different personalities, but they are both silly at times.  Having these two dogs adds a very interesting twist to my life.  I never know what they are going to do next.  They are both a joy to have around.

Do you have a pet? Does your pet know how you feel?  Does your pet try to cheer up when you are feeling down?  My two dogs sure do!

Writing Through the Soul: Dachshund Love

Writing Through the Soul: Dachshund Love

Writing through the soul was all started because of my love for writing.  One of the things that I love deep down in my soul is dachshunds.  My beloved dog Leelee, the Contented dachshund, passed away about a month ago.  I was very heartbroken over Lee's passing.

To help me get over Leelee's passing my husband got me two new dogs, Fred and Bella.  I had a blog devoted to Leelee, the Contented Dachshund. I have decided to continue the blog with Fred and Bella.  I  plan on doing weekly posts of photos of the two dogs that I take throughout the week.  One of the things that helped me deal with Leelee's death was looking at the photos and videos I had of her.

Bella and Fred have helped my soul heal from losing Leelee.  I will never forget her.  She was just a one of a kind dog.  Bella and Fred are special in their way.

You can read about Bella and Fred at my blog The Content Dachshund.  Thanks for reading Writing Through the Soul.

Drummers Need Good Cymbals

Every Drummer Needs Good Cymbals

My husband is in a band.  The drummer is always looking for good cymbals.  I never realized that drummers who work often go through many cymbals in years.  They go through them just because of wear and tear.  Cymbals are strong but if you are playing a lot of gigs that can get damaged and bent.  My husband's drummer found the best place to get cymbal at musiciansfriend.com.

I had no idea that cymbals came in so many different sizes. But, I am not a drummer and I do not know much about setting up a set of drummers.

Not Quite Back to Doing What I Love Writng!

Not Quite Back to Doing What I Love Writing!

I am not quite back to where I want to be yet.  I have been doing some writing the past few days.  I am starting to get back into the swing of things with my writing.  There is a lot going on here, with the two new dogs.  We are all trying to get used to a routine.

The dogs are not the only thing keeping me from writing.  I really need to get some good cleaning done around the house.  I am also looking for full or part-time work outside of the house.  You all know how much time it can take looking for a job.  Looking for a job is a full-time job.  Plus, I just realized, I need to update my resume.  I  have a good writing resume.  I have not worked outside of my home for over ten years.  Many places do not look at that as I good thing.  But, I have been keeping up with using Window and other software.  Plus, in that time have taken some courses and done some other things.

I Miss Writing it is the Love of My Soul

Writing heals the soul

I miss writing on a regular basis.  Writing is the love that comes from my soul.  When Leelee passed away she took apart of my soul with her.  What a dog Leelee the contented dachshund.  I will never be the same after losing her.  That is not a bad thing.

Since Leelee's passing, I have decided, that my novels are something that I really want to start working on.  Although, I have not done much writing at all in the past few months.  I am getting back into it.

Writing has always been a part of my soul.  Writing is just something that I can not live without.  I may take a break from it from time to time but,  I will never stop writing.  Writing helps heal my soul.  These days I just wish I had a little more time for my writing.

Work From Home Book Reviewers

Work From Home Book Reviewers

One of the many work from jobs that I have looked into is book reviewers. If you know me you know, I love books.  I love to hold a book in my hands and read it.  I do nor own any electric book reading devices, nor do I plan on owning any.  I don't like the idea of reading a novel on the computer, either.

Finding work from home book reviewer jobs isn't an easy task.  There are many scams out there for book reviewer so be careful.  Amazingly I did find a couple of places that will pay you to do book reviews.

Work From Home Book Reviewers for Kirkus

One company that I did find that will hire work from home book reviewers is a company called Kirkus. To do book reviews for them, you must have experience doing book reviews.  They do require you to send a resume. The reviews must be at least 350 words and dine in two weeks.  Pay is based on the book you are reviewing

If you don't mind the digital books, there is the online book club.  They have guidelines for their book reviewers, and you do not get paid for your first review.  The payment you the book reviews ranges from $5-$60.  The online book reviews are not for me, but they do offer many other interesting things if you are a book lover like me.

Free Books For Reviews

There are many different ways you can get free books for doing reviews.  If you have a blog, you can advertise that you will review books for a free copy of the book or you could charge a fee for the review.  The fee for the book review would be up to you.  You should base your fee on the number of readers your blog has and the amount of work you are going to put into the review and promoting it.

The Book Look Bloggers offers free books for reviews as well.  You do have to apply and be approved first.  You have to write a 200-word review and post it to your blog.  How easy is that?  If, you are a book lover like I am you will love the Book Look Bloggers.  They offer both paperback and digital books free for you to review.

There you have it, the few places that I have found that will pay you to do book reviews.  These days with the high cost of some books, getting a free book for a review is a good payment.
If you enjoy reading, you should look into these sites.

Finally Got My Fred

Even since I was a little girl and saw Smokey and the Bandit, I wanted a basset hound named Fred.  I love basset hounds the way their long ears seem like wings when they are running.

On Sunday I finally got my Fred.  Now, I was told his name was Rusty, but, my husband and a few friends started calling him Fred.  They thought he looked more like a Fred.  I guess he liked it because he started coming when you called Fred and not Rusty.  The same thing happened with Leelee; we were told her name was Leda.  She never responded to the Leda.  My son started calling her Leelee, and she came to that name.

I will never forget my baby Leelee, the contented dachshund.  But, Fred is sure trying to fill her shoes.  He is a dachshund, but he is very basset like Fred is a laid back kisser.  I have fallen in love with the old boy.  He is like a cross between Leelee and my childhood collie dog Sam; both dogs were the love of my life at times I had them.

Fred follows me everywhere I go.  Yes, he even follows me into the bathroom.  Fred makes sounds just like Leelee.  He waits by the door for me whenI go out.  He likes to shake paws and give hugs like Sam did.  He isn't much of a snuggler, yet.  Give him some time around me, and he will turn into one.

Fred is an old guy; he is fifteen.  And, like most dachshunds his age, he has cysts.  The vet said the only thing to do is watch and make sure there are no changes.  They are deep under his skin.

Fred is a big boy and likes to eat.  He is about 10 pounds overweight, that is not helping him.  He is on a diet of homemade dog food and treats.  He likes to run but tires easily.  I run him six times a day.  I will have him in better shape in no time.  I love the old boy, and I am hoping he make it to twenty.

Fred is the New Contented Dachsund.  I am posting this here on Writing Through the Soul because Fred has really helped heal my soul from losing Leelee.  I finally got my Fred, the dog.

P.S.  For those who were wondering, yes that is Leelee's last collar that Fred is wearing.  His collar kept coming off and that was the only one I had that would fit him.  He is a special boy and needs a special collar. I have not found one yet.

Facing One's Fears

Facing one's fears is never an easy thing to do.  It takes a lot of courage and sometimes a little planning.  When changes come up in life, we often fear them.  These types of changes can often be the biggest fears we face in our lives.  When things change, it is the unknown that upsets us.  I have always been a believer in everything happens for a reason.  We all go through things that we must go through.

For me, one of the hardest things that I have ever had to deal with is my whole family and the changes that are coming.  We all live, and we all grow, change is a huge part of life.  Even though,  the changes that I am going through are real and natural changes.  They are still very hard for me.  Because of the way other see and judge me.  I keep reminding myself to be true do myself, and everything will work out the way it was meant to be.

I have learned that taking things one step at a time make things easier.  That is what I am doing taking things one step at a time.  I pray every day that things will work out.  I always ask my angels, guides and guardians for help and the strength to get through all of this.  I know in my heart, I am doing what it right but it still scares me because I choose to be different, to walk a different path.  Some things worked out while other did not.

After taking the first steps in thing long journey, I do feel a lot better.  I just have to remember just how strong I am. And, everything I did I did out of love.

Old Love, New Love

Old Love

Many of you know how heartbroken I was over my loss of Leelee, the contented dachshund. I could have never imagined how much pain losing the old girl w as going to bring me. My love for will never die. Even though she was not my first fur baby, she was my husband's and my son's.  Old love never dies, it only changes form.

New Love

My new love is here in the form of two dogs. Well, you all know I love hound dogs.  I turned my husband and son into hound dog lovers as well.   I was not expecting to find a new dog so soon. I never thought I would end up with two new dogs.

It just so happened that after few months of looking a dog I found two dogs.  Yes, I started looking for a new dog while Leelee was still here.  I knew she was dying and that the one thing that would help us get through the pain of losing her was another dog. These two guys were owned by a lovely Lady named Maryanne.  Maryanne also being a dachshund lover had three dachshunds.  Sadly, they became a little too much for her to take care of by herself.

We Were Angels to Each Other

We were angels to each other.  Maryanne needed someone to take two of her dogs.  It all started with me going to take Bella.  Because of Rusty's age Maryanne was afraid, I would not take him.  Well, you will never guess what happened guys.

Rusty looks and acts like Leelee, the contented dachshund.  He is a laid back old guy.  It's kind of funny because Rusty might just be Leelee's brother.  He is the same age as Leelee was and kind of had the same background.  I like to think that he is Leelee's brother. Rusty has bonded with me already and follows me everywhere I go.

Bella was for little Mark to begin with and he loves her.  Bella is a hyper girl and Little Mark can calm her down.  Mark and Bella are a cute pair.

While I will never forget my old love Leelee.  I now have a new love, Rusty.  My house feels like a home again.  I have learned that my family is a dog family.  If just didn't feel right without a dog.  Our old love is in Heaven with all my other pets that have passed.  Our new loves are helping us deal with the pain of her loss. My home isn't a home without a dachshund.
